11 in the morning, 2011 here. Long enough for me to slightly recall the fool I made of myself last night, and to look forward to a bright new year of foolery. :sunny:
my son's dad lets him have a little flutter on the horsies each saturday. he picks 3 he likes, and dad puts $2 on the nose on each one. Its 2 from 2 today, he's won $80 from $4 already for his birthday.:2thumbsup: Its now nearly 4 pm here...the first day of the year is nearly done

clearly my clock does not agree with hipforums' clock. i'm going by computer/cable time though, so i think i was right.
Dear Boogabaah, Happy New Year. How are the first 20 Minutes? 530000 more or so to go. And every single one promises to get better than the one before . Hope to have your here for at least another year. Regards Gyro
Hmm, since your body isn't a single point though, as the north and south poles are, then it stands to reason that you're in most times zones (except for some of the weirder ones) at once if you stood directly on either pole. So you could have been in two years at once. (Though it's even easier than that to be in two years at once anyway if you simply stood atop the dividing line between two time zones while one is in the new year and the other one isn't quite there yet.)
2011 is bound to be a good year, bless his heart, Dick Clark was able to keep up with the countdown last night. I tune to ABC for 1 minute every New Years Eve just to see if he can and last night was the best he's done since his stroke. Good for him.
Hello, better think twice. You will wear bad outfits then and you will listen to bad music. Regards Gyro
