I agree the protests could get massive. No one wants more death and destruction. Especially not the yonger people. I want to see protests increase but not to the point of radicalism. I myself am a cultural radical, but violence Weatherman style should not be part of this. With all the Punks and whatnot it could get ugly fast.

 

If the draft returned, yes the protests would increase in numbers and size. If the draft is not reinstated and we invade Iran, the number and size of the protests will not be too different from what happened with Iraq. I don't think the draft is returning, it would destroy the political career and nearly everyone who voted for it. It would kill one political party, heavily damage the other and perhaps open up an opportunity for a third party to make it on to the national scene.

- GETTING "BACK ON TRACK" WITH THE "UP-COMING" WAR IN IRAN -

I was going to make ONLY 2 or 3 POSTS in THIS THREAD regarding SPECIFIC (and "RELATED") RESEARCHED (WIDELY-AVIALABLE) INFORMATION about the "up-coming" WAR IN IRAN (which is still being "PUSHED" by the Main Stream Media (MSM) to occur), but I decided to "CONDENSE" my RESEARCHED INFORMATION to only 2 POSTS (and that was going to be it, unless I had to RESPOND to any other POSTERS about the INFORMATION in my given POSTS)!!!

I guess that I should RESPOND, to CLEAR UP any MISUNDERSTANDINGS on the INFORMATION of which I have posted (even though this POST will be "OFF-TOPIC" (but NOT TOTALLY), because the "up-coming" WAR IN IRAN could just be THE START of "WORLD WAR 3" (which is something I, and many other, EARTH RESIDENTS) DON'T WANT TO OCCUR (with its SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES TO OUR PLANET)!!! WE MUST TRY TO PREVENT IT!!!

The last few POSTS (in this THREAD) were "OFF-TOPIC", by expresssing the OPINION that my only 2 POSTS (in this THREAD) were "OFF-TOPIC". My POSTS (in this THREAD) were "ON-TOPIC", if this is SUPPOSED to be a THREAD about the "up-coming" WAR IN IRAN!!! My NEXT POST will TRY to be TOTALLY "ON-TOPIC", so this THREAD can get "BACK ON THE TRACK", even though I felt that it was "NOT DERAILED" by my POSTS (because the INFORMATION that I posted is WIDELY KNOWN on the WORLD WIDE WEB (about the "up-coming" WAR IN IRAN)!!!

In response to what "hippiehillbilly" POSTED, I "REWORKED" Part 2 of my post (in this THREAD) for a more SPECIFIC UNDERSTANDING, plus I ADDED a "SHORT SYNOPSIS", with SHORT ANSWERS, "SPECIFICALLY" related to the MAIN TOPICS of THIS THREAD: "Iran, Drafts and Revolution" (so POSTERS can, at least, get a QUICK IDEA of what I'm trying to EXPRESS)!!! The other DETAILED INFORMATION is VERY IMPORTANT to understand, if you CARE about developing a "FORCEFULL and PEACEFULL REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENT" to INSURE a more "BRIGHT AND CHEERFUL" FUTURE for OUR "MOTHER EARTH"!!! NO WAR IN IRAN!!!

The ORIGINATOR of this THREAD "dancing bear92" stated in his FIRST POST: "If America invades Iran, there will be a draft. Any opinions?" I AGREE with him TOTALLY on this (about what MIGHT HAPPEN), and I simply POSTED RESEARCHED information about the "up-coming" WAR IN IRAN (from MANY, MANY WEBSITES) that I thought that he SHOULD KNOW (and THINK FOR HIMSELF, as to WHAT WILL HAPPEN (IN THE FUTURE), WITH THE "up-coming" WAR IN IRAN)!!!

In his POST #31 (on this THREAD) "hippiehillbilly" posted a THOUGHTFUL and WELL-UNDERSTOOD RESPONSE to my FIRST (Part 1) POST (in this THREAD) and understood most of what I was trying to say about the "up-coming" WAR IN IRAN, but when I POSTED (Part 2) (which is ACTUALLY even MORE SPECIFIC in INFORMATION to the "up-coming" WAR IN IRAN), somehow things changed??? "hippyhillbilly" is definitely "WELL-INFORMED" enough to know what I'm talking about (proven by his first REPLY-POST) to my POST, which is COMMENDABLE (even though I don't expect him to agree with any or all, of my RESEARCHED INFORMATION). One time he posted On another THREAD) that he misses "butting-heads" with BURL ("THUDLY"). Me, and one of my brothers, are CAPRICORNS (OLD GOATS), so I have enough of "head-buttings'!!! I just prefer to LEARN and INFORM (without the DRAMA)!!!

"hippiehillbilly" is NOT "RUDE" in suggesting that I should have POSTED my POSTS (in this THREAD) in a SEPERATE THREAD!!! In my POSTS (in this THREAD) I mentioned "OVER-POPULATION" alot, so I thought that he might of mistook my POSTS to be MAINLY about the subject of "OVER-POPULATION" (but one of main effects of WARS is "DE-POPULATION")!!!
