Id say the US likes to throw their weight around a lot and measure dick's. Sad part is, When the 'woman's' army can trump us in terms of 10 to 1 per say, Its time to go back to the drawing boards and stop the current shit.

Along with not being arrogant 'we are the US' and play that card would help too. We have and will always 'brag', But the one that's quiet is the one to watch.
China has their shit together and owns a lot of the US so id say they have all the right to 'brag' if wanted. But I highly doubt they would use nukes, The land would be worthless to them or anyone.
