Yes terribly wierd Peoples reactions are usually funny when I dont wear shoes.... I like that quote....to explore the great indoors....
Oh, I know what you mean about funny reactions to bare feet. I almost got sent to the principals office in school 2 days ago cause I attempted to walk the halls in no shoes and a security guard saw me...honestly, I dont see what the big deal is. I just hate the idea that any part of me is being constricted. Which is also why I abhor desks...but I had a really cool teacher this year in English who let me chill on the floor...made me feel good cause she got me.

Yeah, John Mayer has some pretty good lyrics. I love his first album, a lot of the songs are very poetic.
Well... I guess, I should start out with a name... like everyone else... right? ok, that's what I thought, well... my name is Shon (pronounced 'shawn'), but I prefer to be called Rogue... so if you would do that, I would be much abliged... thank you... anyways... I'm a very loving guy... I'm bisexual, and I'm single my hobbies consist of: DDR, Reading, Writing, Learing about other cultures, Drawing, and Sewing (and of course hanging out with my good friends)... that's about all you need to know about me... only because I dont know what else to write... ok, have a nice day
Hey y'all, hows it going? My name's Adam I'm new to these forums. I'm an 18 year old guy from Maryland, USA...presently living in Brooklyn, NY. I'm a vegetarian, and have been for 5 years. I used to be a vegan, but [get ready for bad excuses] because of my job, I eat out at restaurants daily and it is challenging to keep a healthy vegan diet with such a lifestyle. I'm going to be starting my first year of college in January [I took the year and a half off after high school], and I intend to return to my vegan diet and lifestyle ASAP. I'm also a pacifist and a Quaker. I don't outwardly present as much of a hippy, and I work a fulltime job as a canvasser [door-to-door fundraiser] for a progressive political party which works on issues like a higher minimum wage, job security, education, and other social + economic justice concerns. When I do get free time away from work, I play soccer, write and am a HUGE history/social sciences dork. Aaaaaand, there's my picture, though a relatively old picture in whch I'm in the middle of talking:
Hi there, I'm distrait. I joined a couple days ago, and, though I haven't posted too much yet, I'm really enjoying myself here. Seems like a lot of cool people. I play an electric mandolin that I've had for like four months (yeah... I'm still pretty much a beginner) and I have a bass that I play around with on occasion. I've had it for a bit longer than my mandolin, but I hardly play it anymore... I love my mandolin. I'm also big into painting and drawing. I plan on majoring in art education once I go to college next year, and minor in probably studio painting. I might post some of my stuff, just as soon as I can find that dang digital camera. *shrugs* Politically, I'm pretty liberal. And I really get into politics sometimes. I was in this Youth and Government club thing, which is pretty cool. After 2 prelegislatures, everyone in this club from every school goes down to sprinfield and we play government for 3 days in our state capitol . Also, I used to follow current events and politics almost religiously too... but then I got kinda lazy. I still make sure I know what's going on in the world though. I 'spose that's it about me for now.
I did a debate thing like that in Trenton. It was only one day though. But I won an award for master-debating. Cool beans.
this is what i think his shirt says. I was going to attempt to enhance the photo on adobe photoshop, but i still couldnt make out the words. So i googled "join the army shirt" and compared a bunch to his, and since none had full pictures of the shirts and rather just the designs, i compared the appearence of the words to each other (basically just the length of the words). join the army. travel to exotic, distant lands; meet exciting, unusual people and kill them. hi. im bored
well. . . let's see....... i just joined the site, I'm 17 from upstate NY. I'm a poetry nut and I love to write poetry. i also write songs.......... hm... what else....... I really cant say much. . . if you want to know more, just contact me
I was just debating catholisism in the philosphy/religion forum but when we got to the part about them holding mass I realised we were mass-debating so I stopped because I didn't want to go blind.
