If you're going to resort to drugs, there is a wonder drug sleeping pill out there called Ambien. It's non-addictive, it works in 15 minutes, and it doesn't leave you feeling groggy the next day. My doctor advises I take them everyday & I have no ill side effects at all. The only drawback, they are pricey if you don't have insurance (which I don't).
