One of these days, I'm investing in one of these babies: The Cat Genie! Does that look like a toilet? Because it motherfucking is! That shit flushes automatically and cleans itself and you just run the line into your toilet or some other outgoing drain in your house. $300 to never change kitty litter again...sounds like heaven!
I have heard really great things about it from people who have it-- but yeah- load of money to lay down
Well- Nerval used to walk his lobster on a leash through the streets of Paris. So do what the fuck you want!
yeah you can. it just takes a specific kind of relationship with your cat. they have to know you are one of them, and are in charge otherwise they look down on you as a lowly worthless human.
I think you probably can walk a cat if you start them young enough. But every cat I've ever had is hilarious as soon as you leash them. They crouch low to the ground, give you looks that could kill, and refuse to move until you remove the leash. It's hilarious.
cats are nice when they are calm and quiet OUTSIDE inside they smell, makes my eyes water, makes me sneeze, and there hair they leave behind is EVERYWHERE
how are they suppose to kill little bird and mice if they're inside or on a leash? litter boxes stink!
From what I have read, killing birds and mice- and the crap those critters carry, is part of the reason outdoor cats have shorter lifespans than indoor cats.
my family has always had outdoor cats the deaths of them have been from cars, other animals, and old age. if you get the right cat... and feed it good food i believe it can live just as long. plus if you were a cat would you want to walk on a rug all day or explore the woods? me = woods
Outdoor cats that have not been fixed will live 4 to 6 years. Outdoor cats that have been fixed will live 8 to 10 years. Indoor cat that have been fixed will live 15 to 20 years. They do tend to be neurotic, and xenophobic however. But using the word neurotic and cat in the same sentence is redundant. Outstanding signature picture babyhellfire!
If domesticated cats have been breed to be content in indoor lives-and most have- who the fuck are you to judge their happiness by their lack of catching disease, and producing too many offspring? srsly. In my next life I want to be a pampered house cat. That is the life
I think my cat is happy. He gets food, water, catnip, and he sleeps with me at night. I fall asleep to purr. He's eleven year old and healthy. <(^o^)>
