Dark star rising - that's kindof how i explained it to a friend the other day - like i wake up to full body paralysis for a bit and most times have to fall back a sleep to get out of it - and sometimes i am not really awake but have woken myself from a bad dream only to be still really dreaming...the mind is crazy crazy stuff.
im not sure what you mean honey - like when you get the paralysis and try to move, but have to give up and let your mind go elsewhere???
Astral plane projecting is interesting...i have a few good books on it but haven't gotten far enough into the meditative state to get there yet!

Yes that happens to me... Some dream places I've visited are quite beautiful... One I was at the other night was amazing... Always so desolately beautiful... Lucid dreaming is great, or even just normal dreaming, and of course astral projection / OBE whatever you want to call it is quite interesting...

I have lucid dreams often.... plus I have these dreams where I try to get up from my bed and turn on the light, and the light doesnt turn on, so I realize Im still in bed yet, so I try to wake myself up and do it again, but the switch doesnt turn on, so eventually I wake myself up.

also, my spiritual guide likes to visit me in my dreams quite often..... I can usually tell when she is around when my bed moves like it is breathing, there is a ripple effect and then I feel her on me, within me, and we talk. its an amazing experience. there is nothing like it in the world.

i was reading a "lucid dreaming" FAQ and it said that it feels like you have waves of painless electricity going through your body, thats exactly what i felt. I haven't had dreams where I know i'm dreaming, but the dreams I have had since I've read up on Lucid dreaming have been way more indepth and i've had more control in the dream
