    I'm only about an inch longer than you soft (but like you, it often shrinks back even more) and an inch and change longer hard. I don't worry about it at all. Never had any complaints. And I think small penises look much better. I hate big ones. Smaller ones are so much sexier. I'm not the only one who feels that way, either.
