It might be tough to motivate yourself, but try going for a run every morning. Exercise and sunlight help me when I feel shitty.

Ive never been one to play a dickhead to a woman... personally i have always wanted a woman just to fall in love with me for me, because truth is, there is a very strong part of me that just wants to be loving, i just want to love. and (if i was) being an asshole i never get to experiance that. So although i have been wounded because of that there is nothing more special then getting inside a womans heart... the pants is just primal.

I totally agree, three things the doctors could've perscribed for me before i ended up on Xanax was water, sunshine and exercise.

 

RUNNING is good for depression

... Xac, I battled severe depression for a long time, to the point where I stopped going to school and stopped leaving my house... and I'm telling you, get a hobby to take your mind off of stuff. start playing guitar or taking pictures. try to work out once a day. keep a journal.. and write down every thought in your head. change your diet....

I still do all of these things even though my depression 'cleared up'.... self-help stuff REALLY does work, you just need to start doing it, without thinking twice about it.

no power struggle here at all,at this point im just using xac as a muse..

btw,its dark but as soon as dilli gets all the pictures sized and sorted ill post plenty of our finished projects as of late.

a lotta house guests as of late.we have had someone with 3 lil kids stayin with us for the last lil while so things have been different but we have been busy.
we have terraced the hill by the greenhouse off with raised beds,finally finished the root cellar ,and i made a cold smoker..

we have gotten really caught up around here since i been laid off.all the goats are pregnant so we cleaned their lil shed out and got it ready for new bedding so the kids can stay nice and warm.however that means we got some butchering to do because we will have to many goats otherwise..its about time to fill the freezer anyway..

will be sure an post pics when they are all sorted..
