i'm going to be really honest

its called 'reading week'
suppose to be a week were you catch up with work and start all the projects we have due in the next month or two.
im dying....i just finished one essay and have two more to do

 

a shower after a few days without. damn you know you're good and clean. FINALLY!! just kidding! I love to take a shower. I'm gonna take one right now in fact, just as soon as I hit this ...

People say that even distilation cannot remove flooreyed 'cause the particles are so tiny they just evaporate back into the water.
Just try not to open your mouth. I have a habit of lating water dribble in my mouth and spitting it out. LoL.
On that note I am going to start my laundry because I only have three pairs of pants and one pair of shorts and howveer many shirts. Right now I am using the last pants and shirt. This is not the first day either. Ahahaha.

 

one thing that could be extremel beneficial to skin and whatnot is a chlorine filter
that stuff is pure poison

i was on swimteam when i was tiny, 4-5yo, and then in high school frosh and soph year did water polo, and now that im 22 years old, ive started doing some nose cleansing, you can either dirnk water trough your nose and spit it out or use a neti pot which is much milder and painless, and for me chlorine actually waters out my eyes and is removed in despoits in my nose and I get flashbacks and sensations that feel like im in the past
physical is mental

 

whenever im in the shower...i think, well i'm one step closer to death. its scary whats in that water....

i should at least get a chlorine filter, gotta protect myself

and am vegan
just finished a five day fast
it was intense
im going to do another one soon
needs to be at least ten days long to have real cleansing power
of course i drink freshly juiced fruits and veggies and tea durring my fasts
'cause they keep me energized and also induce a cleansing reaction of their own
i got rid of a foot and a half of mucoid plaque so far
if u want to freak out go to www.cleanse.net and read about mucoid plaque and lok at pictures of it
and imagine how sexy we'd be after eliminating about 50 feet of it
ehehehe

 

right now i'm in the process of doing a 30 day organ detox
although im not fasting....i dont think i have to will power to do so. congrats for making it through 5 days.
