I think it's more that it's a cheapening of what people often consider to be the ultimate act of love. If you reduce it to nothing more than an exchange of money and bodily fluids, where neither of the people are even interested in each other, it makes it less "important".
C'mon...the ultimate act of love? Are you saying that every time two or more people have sex it's because they are expressing their love for one another? I think it's way more than an exchange of money and fluids as you say. If it were that basic then dudes would just go shopping and jerk off once they got home. They pay for it because it's available for a price and they have the money.
That's not what I'm saying I think I'm saying that's what other people think. You can't deny that that's what a lot of people think, especially the people who believe that prostitution is wrong. Personally I'm undecided, but lean toward it's not wrong. Also, your reasoning doesn't remove what many people believe. Just because it's not always the "ultimate act of love" doesn't mean that these people don't get it into their minds that its supposed to be that way. Also, there is a lot of controversy over sex purely for pleasure. I guess that's what I was mainly getting at. There is no desire for children in that situation, and many people have issues with non-marital sex as well. I'm gonna have to disagree about your last paragraph though. It's an EXCHANGE that's important mentally. And physically, a vagina is a lot better than a hand.
its a victimless "crime" if its what ya wanna do, go ahead. even if there are some weird guys and girls(yes, girls too) out there who would be the customers, each to his/her own.
Some of the people in this thread are complete idiots. It doesn't matter what you think of prostitution, it was her choice, and for some reason people felt the need to insult her. Why do you think that your job is any better than hers? And congratulations Moro on the baby :cheers2:
The frightening thing about HIV is that it can lay dormant for so long in some people. Test clean for 5 years and I would begin to breath easy. Until then it would haunt my dreams. I have lost too many to AIDS to think anything is a "for sure"
i don't think any of us grew up thinking what i really want to be when i'm older is a prostitute but you don't allways have a choice in life
A few years ago I managed to find a website supposedly for people looking for sex partners. I got women writing to me right away, and after trying to engage in conversation with them I soon realized that they really weren't interested in conversation. They were all young and pretty, they didn't seem to respond directly to anything I wrote, but instead spewed a lot of superficial, cliched sexual come-ons. It finally dawned on me that the site was probably a front for a prostitution service. After thinking this over a bit, I came to the realization that sex alone wasn't enough for me - I wanted someone I could at least have a decent conversation with. I was a little surprised at myself... ...though sometimes I get to thinking that maybe mindless sex would be nice - it's better than no sex at all. But there are other issues, of course, not the least of which is that it's illegal here.
hey hooker what r your fav drugs how much coin do u make on a slow night versus a fast night the things with hookers is that u can satisfy yourself without having to worry about the other person ohhhh and hooker what is your pov about being kissed on the lips is that extra with hookers? he he he oh and just wtf is around the world is that like everything all at once? lmao i am just an old hippy h ehehe
Really? interesting. Do what you do best I guess. I'm so great I should get paid for it. lmao You're one step of ahead of the game!!! Don't listen to haters on here. A majority of us pick up randoms at bars and fuck them. What you're doing is no different from that your just getting paid. Be safe out there!
They did have individual personalities, superficial as they were. One of them seemed to make a genuine effort to be conversational, but I think it was just too much of a stretch for her.
Whats wrong with prostitution if one enjoys working as it. Thats the fuzz about it? Its most easiest job and best paying job.
I'm having a hard time understanding all this judgement concerning prostitution when there is a thread on here entitled "100 partners or more" where several men, and women for that matter, are glorifying women that have had, well, 100 partners or more. What exactly is the difference? This woman sees she has a commodity and shes using it. We shoud be looking down on the guys who use her services, not on the woman that needs to eat and pay her bills and uses what she has to earn that money. why are people so open minded when it comes to sex unless money is exchanging hands?
