i used to watch this show where there were "hookers", but they were legal and picked their clients...they were called Romantic Companions.
I think that's what it should be called...it sounds like fuckbuddies, and in essence that's what prostitution is, but a lot of the time not visited by the same customer over and over again like a "fuck buddy" would

Wow, have you read any of her posts? She is as safe as she can possibly be about this short of not doing it. Every job has risks. Even working in a cubicle can give you a fat ass and heart disease, carpal tunnel, and lung cancer from breathing in copy toner. And how do you figure she can't take care of herself? I think it's pretty clear that she chose this line of work... it was not forced on her.
Bottom line, it is her body and she is free to do as she pleases with it. The fact that the government even tries to regulate what a girl does with her own cooch is ridiculous...
All that said, I couldn't do it myself, just because of my PERSONAL feelings about sex. But that is all they are: PERSONAL feelings. As in, I don't expect the world to share them, and I don't disrespect people that don't.

First off, I worked with a woman in her late 40s who wasn't much of a looker and she made decent money. Age and looks don't change much.

Ha, your comment about my boyfriend only wanting me for sex is laughable. My FIANCE and I are very happy together and he is smart enough to understand that my work as a prostitute was simply business. There is no emotional attachment between me and my clients, therefore no reason for him to be concerned. I ws simpy providing a service.
I would be very surprised if he thought of me as a 'bus stop' as we've been together nearly two years, live together and plan to marry eventually.

What happened to my dreams you ask? Nothing. My dream is to be a writer and i have dozens of books filled with my writing. I've had several poems published and am working on a novel at the moment. My dreams haven't been affected.

i would give no one advice about a job field, unless it was something unethical like wanting to hurt oneself or others. prostituion is not unethical. i've known both females and males who put themselves through college while working in the sex industry. people who are sex workers are just that... people. half a hippie you have not seen shit in life! and i'm not saying that to be cruel either. i worked almost 5 years in an emergency room and i have seen sick shit you would not belive; and i mean that. i have told people what i've seen and had to deal with. alot of them have told me: "no way could that be real!" i've been called names like: "your one sick motherfucker!" i work almost 17 years as a psychotherapist, untill i burnout big time from all the stress of what i saw and had to deal with. as for college. i've got 3 college degrees ( AA. in philosophy, BA. in liberal studies, and a MA. in liberal studies.) i needed the master degree because i wanted to go into the minstry and clinical psychology. 80% of all job don't require a college degree. and it is pure 100% bullshit that you need a degree to get a good job. i know one hell of alot of high school and college drop outs who are rich as fuck. as for looks. i'm 51 years old (middle age?) i don't have much hair left on the dome of my head, my brownish-red hair is starting to go white, and i have some wrinkles. guess what though? people think i'm quite handsom. i've even have had people in their teens and twenties who find me attractive. not everyone who is "old" is also "ugly as fuck" either. half a hippie please think before you open your mouth!

 

Well if she is careful, takes on enough clients she can rake in 90K in one year, invests it carefully and do okay. If she sticks to higher end clients and has the looks and personality she can rake in 300K in one year.

 

I think it's beautiful and natural and other prostitutes should look up to her as an example of what to do, be smart, be safe and enjoy yourself. If I ever bought a prostitute I would certainly want her to be as responsible as this young lady.

 

I just wanted to say that I'm glad you're being safe. I've done that type of work before but it was something I did for a short while and couldn't do it any longer. I have never had a negative opinion about prostitutes and when I did it myself, I did it because I lost my home and had no job. It was what I did until I found a job. It was very painful for me and I'm still healing but I realize that this is only 1 woman's story and that no 2 will be the exact same. Just know if you ever want to stop that you can. It sounds like you are being safe and smart about it though, and good luck with the babe!

 

i take back judging you. im sorry for harsh comments, the decumentary thing is true, i still have uncertain feelings towards prostitutes, well more the types who stand around corners - fucking 10 guys before cleaning up even. i have no problem in amsterdam,since it is controlled its safer, plus the atmosphere is far less shady.
