In any case, I think its only illegal to take the tags off of matresses while they're in the store. Once you get it home and paid for, its yours. You can do whatever the hell you want with it, so long as its not illegal. So basically, if you tear the tag off a matress at the store and bring it home, then proceed to smoke some kind on in, your goin to jail for life. NO Parole !!!

 

Um, contrary to popular belief, mattress tag ripping is NOT illegal after the consumer has purchaed the matress. It's only illegal for the manufacturer or retailer to tear it off. After you buy it you can do whatever the hell you wants with it.

That's right. The law is there so you know what's in your mattress. Many people are allergic to certian materials, this way they will know BEFORE they have a reaction

If any of you were here long enough on the old forums, there was a HUGE uproar on this site because it had been listed in some news station about supplying illegal info and some other shit. I don't really remember the details, but skip was pissed off about it.

Plus, with the amerika attacks forum and other poltical forums....it's an easy way to keep track of what certain people are doing.

No, they have it all wrong. If you actually read the label... it says its illegal for the people who sell the mattress (or whatever else) to take it off.
