Technically that's two wishes but if there's no guidlines I'd just wish for two more wishes as my first wish.

I wish I DIDN'T get food poisoning from tomato.

It's no fun having a food allergy where you can't eat pizza,,,,,,,,, or KFC,,,,,, or Nacho Cheese Doritos,,,,,,, or,,,,,,,,,
You would be surprised all the things that simply have tomato powder in them, and I can't eat any of them.

But by so doing you would also lose the ability to be happy, or to progress. Unless what you're actually wishing for is to be in a truly stagnate state. That would indeed require a Wish Fulfillment Facilitator. Or a zoloft regimen.

I wish for time-travel. Assuming there are no ill effects to my body. If there are, I'll just wish for omnipotent godhood.
