It's a little boring and not very respectuous for other dead musicians to tell the traditional rrr zzz zzz rrr zzz zzz always the same music:

    Morisson- Janis Joplin- Jimi Hendrix
I like those musician but why always choose the same

There 20 other great musicians and many many more of the same Hippie rock Era that are dead and were talentuous or wild but all the recognition goes to those 3 ... and it makes me angry really ...
Just don't put always your attention over those 3 ...

In the 60's or 70's some musicians are dead in Very Successfull Band like

    Traffic
    Free
    The Who
    Wings
    The Rolling Stones
    Deep Purple
    Lynyard Skynyard
    Jethro Tull
    Led Zepellin etc...etc...
i just don't had the time ...to write how many musicians diserve the respect for being dead in the name of rock ' n roll... and not only the dead but some became mad...
All respect for those forgotten men and women.

We have all to look beyond of what the mass of the people remember... I look beyond to discover other great bands of that time that are as precious and full of talent as The Doors , yes it exist and it's sad but people don't like to search things anymore...searchers are dead ...i'm one of the last of this curious race...
I don't eat what always they give me... I search by Myself what i want to eat and hear...There is lost treasure in music...and by this way lost dead rock n roll talent all along the way of rock history... and i'm proud to be one of those memory who will remember of them.

I feel closer to John Lennon than any fan in this world I'm sure. But I can't say I MISS him. I was never around him. When George Harrison died, I cried like a baby. But I don't MISS him. I don't know...

sort of. listening to the same stuff can get tiring, and it would be cool if someone found some long lost Jimi Hendrix recording or something to change things up. Ooohh it would be like he's recording beyond the grave haha i'm weird

I would bring back Bob Marley, the long list of dead hip hop stars(Tupac, Biggie, Big Pun, Left Eye, Aliyah, etc.), Jim Morrison, Luther Vandross, Ray Charles, and Led Zepplin just to play one last show. Musicians play such a deep part in our lives that its hard not to miss them. Its not so much to me that they aren't around anymore, its that they will never be able to make new music, or influence the way the music changes. New music will always be made, but it hurts to think that these artists will never speak to us again and lift us up when we feel down. True, throwing on a record can still help reminisce, but just the idea of them not being around is the hardest part to deal with.
