the only real cold remedy is to take it easy and get some rest. avoid booze as well.

people will tell you to take vitamin c or to drink certain types of tea... but it's mostly all bullshit. just rest up and it'll pass.

Was going to go upstairs and smoke a bowl, then I see there is cop right outside parked in the allie watching for speeders.

cop was gone within a few mins. I went upstairs packed a bowl, took one hit and I was good. was watching American Beauty. half way threw the movie and I hit the botton that starts it all over. I hate when that happeneds. so I turned it off and came down stairs
