When i read this i thought of: 'You got to operate the easy way,' 'i made a g today' 'but you made it in a sleazy way, selling crack to the kid' 'I gotta get paid' That's just the way it is. Obviously this isn't crack but the principal applies. Supply and demand. People want to smoke cannabis, so by supplying them with it you are satisfying their desires. Helping someone. Don't let the DEA tell you otherwise.
well man maybe you have a point... and maybe you don't. 16 isn't so young... but maybe it is. And maybe you should quit pot for a while. And maybe you shouldn't. Am I actually helping... nah. That's one thing I'm sure of.
yea my and all my freinds smoke all the time and we are sixteen, and i know plenty of dealers who are 16, so dont fret over it.
I would be a bit weirded out by it... I'm 25 and there's no way in hell you'd catch me selling to a 16 yr old... I was smoking weed before I was 16 so I know plenty of kids do it but it's not your place to sort them out- you are old enough to know better. As has been said, if they really want it they'll get it from somewhere, I wouldn't want to be part of that chain- especially if I don't know them.. If it was a friend's little bro or something I might do it but otherwise nope.. If I were you if that happens in future just walk away...
What is age? Is it a number? Can we truly judge people based on numbers? Everyone is different, everyone has differing levels of maturity. Cannabis is unfortunately illegal at the moment, therefore no matter what age someone is, they are seen as criminals under the law if they are in possesion of the substance. I'm not advocating children smoking cannabis, what i do advocate is equality among consenting individuals who feel they can handle comsuming cannabis responsably. People start at different ages. Judge a person not on how he looks, or how old they are, but what they contribute to society and their words and actions. A 16 year old is as justified to smoke cannabis as a 24 year old, regardless of what the government will tell you. Enlighntenment, knowledge and experiances have no age restrictions. Toke on.
No-one is saying sixteen year old shouldn't smoke... But 24 year olds shouldn't really be sorting them out imo. People can do what they want and like I said, I was toking aged 16 but just because someone feels they can handle consuming cannabis responsibly doesn't mean they actually can handle cannabis responsibly. And a 24 year old selling to a sixteen year old he doesn't know is pretty irresponsible imo regardless of legal implications... Age is just a number blah yep but most 16 year olds aren't ready for the big wide world- you can't dispute that. Not slating them or saying all are but most 16 year olds I know are fairly irresponsible (as was I at that age despite thinking I knew it all). The Peter Tosh quote you put doesn't make sense as skin colour is something you're born with, age changes with time and experience- many 16 yr olds can be mature, most can't so unless the 24 year old knows and trusts the kid they shouldn't sell to him/her...
I'm sixteen and if someone told me they wouldn't sell me bud cause I was too young I'd be pretty pissed, but then again, most people I get my Ganja from are right around my age anyway.
