LSD is not a party drug.

it can be a 'Tribal drug' in the right circumstance, when everyone around you is tripping like you are, no one is consuming booze or anything else and everyone is ....groovy :sunny:

Eating some doses at a party can be great fun, dont get me wrong. 4 tabs at a jam packed house party is nothing but asking for trouble.
Its great you found it positive, but imagine how great it could of been if you would of had propper settings.
Lsd is so rare for me I would sit on my 4 tabs for as long as needed for the proper settings.
Even if I had access to it all the time I would only eat it in the most positive settings.
Its so far from a indoor house party drug imo.
its a special drug for special times.

 

that's great that you got something positive out of your experience -- every experience can be looked at in a positive light.

although you can probably learn things like this, generally you will have a better experience if you have a good safe setting. alot of what the members here are saying is true.

personally i wouldn't trip at a house party unless i knew everyone there. for example i've tripped at house parties before but it was in an enviroment where i had spent alot of time with people there previous to the experience. people that i had been to parties with before in the same location who i already knew and trusted. this helps so that people won't intimidate you so much because you don't know them.

set and setting are important. this means that the enviroment you are in is going to have an effect on your trip.

zombiewolf- im sorry but the thought of anyone who using LSD as a tool to consume more booze is aggravating as hell. I also use it as a tribal drug quite often and yes in my experiences it is one of the best group settings for LSD

Midwestcaveman- 400 hundred hits of acid showed up in the pocket of my buddy who sold me the acid and he sold out. I knew probably 60 of the people there and there were people tripping ridiculously hard before my friend even came. I would never try or want to shed any form of negative light on the situation. however I understand your point of view however in my opinion, anyone who is willing to judge me based on the way I look without actually sitting in my shoes probably doesnt deserve my lovely lady anyway.

Desos- I knew the owner of the house and I had tripped there before but yeah there were a fair amount of people I didnt know. I prefer a safer setting myself however the combination of house party Id been waiting for for weeks, and lucy who I hadnt talked to in a month got me a little over eager

I dont think anyone here understands that I didnt expect to trip as hard as I did off of four hits considering I have eaten ten or fifteen before. some people my view this as reckless I consider it preference. also for the record I ate 7 about 10 days later and tripped no where near as hard. all five of us tripping being driven around in by my friend in his caddy ended up at the mall. My non-tripping friend wanted to see his girlfriend. I was fine as hell at the mall. minus my hate for the consumerism infection that has spread throughout the masses. In my opinion that situation was much more unsafe then at my friends house

 

I didnt judge you. You never said any thing about half the party tripping. Which I think is an even greater recipe for disaster. But thats just my opinion.

Im sorry midwest caveman I may have taken it the wrong way. It sounds you have more years under your belt then I honestly in my opinion most doses these days are mishandled it could have also been that your doses were laid out stronger. so a little abuse was ok cause your mic count was so high. I did trip very hard on a dose like that I became a black orb however in my opinion there is no such thing as a bad trip just one you werent ready to see yet. I can see that you are one who is as passionate about your lsd both substance and culture. Im only 19 man but ive pursued since I was 11 years old I have wanted to trip once I got it its took to me like a lover.

Zombie wolf- I know some people who insist wasted lucy visuals are crazy but clean pure trip is for me. tainted that one with the devil chemical mephedrone.
