I'm going to break two unpleasant truths to you: Your family is horrible and your cousin (the one who is 80something pounds) is unhealthy. I am five foot six and once weighed 112 pounds. I have a big bone structure and still saw myself as fat, but now when I look at the photos I see a bony, miserable anorexic! right now I'm at 127 and my ideal weight is 120; I tend to eat when I'm stressed or nervous, though, which is a problem. However, if this is your problem too, it is possible to overcome it -- take up a hobby and STOP LISTENING TO YOUR MOTHER OR COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE! If you don't feel happy with your weight, try to lose some -- I won't argue, I'm doing the same thing despite the fact that my mother tells me I'm fine. But don't kill yourself doing it. A flat stomach is not worth starving yourself into misery or death. Seriously, though -- listen to these people. Work out a little. It doesn't have to be "IN THE GYM" or whatnot, even walking a few miles over the course of a day and lifting canned foods like weights can help. I don't know what part of the UK you live in but I know a lot of regions are big in horseback riding -- if you're so inclined, get a job cleaning stalls or even just take riding lessons, because caring for and riding horses is great exercise ... not to mention horses will be your forever friends and will NEVER tell you you're ugly or too fat.
