this time it was for being drunk underage.
and last time in september i got arrested for being drunk and 'gate crashing a party', which i didn't actually do..
but yeah, they just phoned up. they wanted to come over tonight but i'm busy, so they are coming on monday.
do you know what they're going to say to me?
    ugh.

Gatecrashing a party would constitute tresspassing and as such would be a civil offence not a criminal one. The police cannot hassle you regarding that as it does not fall within their remit. The owner of the could take you to a civil court but that's not going to happen.

And as I said before being drunk is not a crime, regardless of age unless you were behaving in a disorderly manner, otherwise causing a scene or being with people who were.

If you weren't arrested this (2nd) time then *technically* no offence has been committed. They're probably just going to come round to talk with your folks and to put the wind up you a bit and get your parents pissed off with you.

Sad really that they waste their time behaving like this when there are many a real criminal out there stealing, breaking into cars/houses, mugging etc etc All petty crimes but ones with an actual victim and harm/damage done.

In my experience though this sounds like they're being overly heavy. Are you sure you weren't up to anything naughty because it sounds like too much hassle for you just being drunk, were you incoherent drunk or just a little tipsy? Or does your area have a dispersal order in place to prevent gangs of kids roaming the streets getting wasted & starting fights etc?

hmm i know.. i wasn't even aware there was a party on actually. basically i was in a park drinking with a few friends and we were standing near the gate. i saw some people outside on the streets who i thought i knew, i have bad eye sight so i couldn't see them properly. i wandered up to see who it was, just then the police turned up.. after realising i didn't know the people i headed back to the park. a police lady then shouted 'FREEZE', i didn't think she was talking to me so i kept walking. she continued to shout so i turned around a bit confused. the people say that *i* was trying to gate crash a party going on, so i was like 'what...?'. they tried to take me back to my house, but i said i didn't want to give them details (stupid yess), so they put me in cuffs and put me in a cell.

this time i was a bit tipsy. i wasn't causing a scene.. just talking and having a laugh with some friends. i raised by voice to say BYE to everybody and was going home. i wasn't doing anything wrong... not damaging anything, not fighting, etc. i wasn't shouting my head of, was just raising my voice to get my friends together who where coming with me. but yeah, that night the police officers where apparently watching us all, waiting for us to slip up. kind of strange how they had nothing better to do than waitfor teenagers to slip up. i'm not aware of any dispersal order around my area either.

it's going to be interesting on monday..

They are probably just going to scare you. Just be calm and don't tell them anything you shouldn't.
And if they are dicks argue with them, I mean what are they going to do to you? Jail you for arguing with a police officer.
Just state your case, you were on your way home and you were hassled by an officer, you did nothing to get the attention you were just on your way home.
