because i dont really like milk, and there are better sources of calcium. plus dairy and my stomach don't get along too well.
not better sources of calcium + protein + the other vitamins though but that makes sense if you don't react well to it...you could have said that rather than making a blanket statement. juice i agree with, for the most part - fresh juice is different.
well, lets see...i get quality protein, some sat fats and it gets my caloric intake up. i'm a athlete, i need a certain amount of calories to perform. if i undereat, then i perform shitty in practice and at meets. and yes, i've been consistantly losing weight too
well that would make sense then. i've just never liked drinking it. when i drank milk it was always skim.
if i wanted fat in my diet intentionally, i'd drink the skim milk but have some bourbon pecan pie and vanilla ice cream to compensate.
oh i do, definately. usually too much. if i'm on a health kick i'll eat nuts and stuff, but usually i get fat from the junk food i nosh on.
hehe, thats why i don't buy them anymore....reeses and M&M's...i can stay away from buying reeses, but not M&Ms...i usually find myself buying a few packs a week
