I lost all my friends.

ahhh thats so sweet!!! haha i just wouldnt worry, i mean some of my friends are mean to me too, but i just laugh and dont even think about it. besides, you didnt lose friends, they wernt even your friends to begin w/.

Just my opinion but a large part of my choice to work on dredding my hair came from the idea that it seperates you from Babylon. Rather than becomming another person with a businessman hair cut or having my hair like a movie star or someone on MTV dreds provide me with this idea that I have freedom to express myself. Though your "friends" dont like how you express you should keep them in for yourself, and find some friends that support you for the person you are. There's lots of kind people in the world.
