Well I take it you've learned your lesson. You're a lot of things buy you're no John Wilkes Booth.

I'm glad that mine are far and few in between and never that serious. I'm so sorry you had to go through that.

Jenn. What do you take? I had to stop taking my ativan... benzos are the only thing that really helped me. Now I have something that starts with a v that doesnt work (like an antihistamine without the histamine) and buspar... just started that yesterday.. I doubt it'll work but imma give it a try. They put me on zoloft for panic too but it just made me depressed so I weaned off of it, via doctor in rehab... it never helped my anxiety at all... it's bs...

Okay. Never heard of either. Just curious cause benzos make them go away for me but they are addictive and no doctor wants to keep you on them... not to say I can't get them online but... when you stop them it becomes worse... not very healthy. Glad that works for you.

i went to the ER for a "heart attack" too. my dad took me there and he had them on the phone and kept saying, "yeah, she says she's having a heart attack -- and she's EIGHTEEN." he totally thought i was just exaggerating. but i havn't had one since. i take a xanax like twice a month when i feel one coming on.
