She's been busted before, needs a 1000+ replied thread on how to get high, buys pills and takes them without knowing what they are...

she doesn't deserve sympathy.

 

You don't have to give her sympathy but you don't have to throw hate at her either. If she's making decisions you don't agree with what does it matter to you?

Haven't seen you post much in the last couple of months, but its always nice to have veteran posters return.

Now on to woodstock, she had a long ass thread over 1k replies about how to smoke pot, which I thought was great. She took her time learning about it before she tried it. Two or so weeks after she finally tries it she gets caught by her folks. NO big deal, usually parental shit at 15. She's all hufed and puffed about how it is bullshit and how she's been working on her guitar is going to drop out of school and just play music. How idealistic, but as you know paintballer that isn't how this world works.
As a smoker community we suggested she lay off the drugs and get her act together. Pot has lasted this long another couple of years and it'll still be there, if I had to guess. A few weeks later she buys a random pill off a kid who didn't know/tell her what it was so she takes and then freaks out and we tried ot figure out what it was (TopNotch did a lot of searching). Turned out to be no big deal, but once again we told her to stop being irresponsible and lay off the drugs until she grows up.
and this is the icing on the cake, she gets busted for failing an opiate test so two days later she's getting high and boom has to take another test and she comes here whining.

Why do we care? Well most of us here enjoy marijuana and at least I would like to see her enjoy it too but it is obvious from what we know here that she isn't ready for it and the rest of life. Soaringeagle has always been a big supporter of hers so I assume she is a good hearted soul, but she needs to open her eyes first. Not to mention the irresponsibility of stoners continues to support some stereotypes.

Soaring Eagle your advice is good but I think you really have no clue what your talking about. You say drink vinegar? Um seriouslly who the fuck is gonna drink vinegar to pass a piss test, lol and about the bleach in piss, yes it has been known to work. Bleach kills toxins and toxins are what are circulating in your piss.

 

Yeah, I've been gone but hopefully I'll be back for a while at least, thanks for the welcome back.

So it seems I've missed the first half of this story, I'd say she needs advice more than criticism but it seems that's led to no avail. The truth requires harsh means of delivery sometimes, I just don't think telling someone they hope they die should ever happen, at least not in a place like this.

WSC, how long do you think you can keep living like this? Going from one high to the next, all the time having to seclude in secrecy from your parents. If you don't quit while you're ahead your gonna end up in a place you don't want to be. But maybe that's what you need; to hit rock bottom so you can experience reality head on. My advice, get off these forums, get off the drugs.

yeah the events that lead up to this thread, were kind of important to understand where the rest of the forumers were coming from. I agree there is no reason to hope her or anyone else ever dies. However, a vivid illustration of the destructive life she is CHOOSING for herself, might finally teach her but i doubt it. I think until she hits rock bottom she won't get it figured out and then it is only a maybe that'll she'll get it back together, but I hopefor her sake that it doesn't take that.

As much as I love these forums, I think it might be best for her to take a break. She is very active on hipforums but I'm afraid that it is fueling her desire to fulfill the hippy lifestyle which under her definition means a life of heavy drug ABUSE not use. What sort of bothers me is the fact that as active as she is on the forums it rarely is in the marijuana forum. She only comes here with an issue, I think she'd receive a warmer feeling from this part of the community if she was more involved here and people knew who she was better.

 

how is it even possible to be like a "hippy" these days? it's impossible unless your gonna be like actually true to your beliefs and just live a certain lifestyle

if your living with parents etc. trying to be a hippy and push belief on other ppl, like WTF are u thinkin to begin with??

oh, and the main thing for hippies to me is "power in numbers" flower power etc.

how u suppose to get reform or change when u have 100 people who feel the same way about things u do in this day and age?

 

Yeah, I took a break from the forums myself. Luckily, for me, it didn't take quite so long for me to recognize my problem and I cut back until I learned to use it where appropriate.
Oh, and when did TopNotch get back? Last time I was here he left for something military related if I remember correctly.

 

i think you nail on the head dig. There are a group of people who are still true to the "hippy way of life" but they tend to live in remote communities as a group.
She's 15 for christ's sake she doesn't have a clue about what the real world is like.

Yeah, unless you've got some land out in the middle of nowhere where you can live your life devoted to your beliefs I don't see being a hippy anything more than a distorted self image of a drugee.

 

wow, have you really been gone that long? Glad you got your shit straight. I wanna say late last summer TNS made his return to the forums. Yeah he spent a stint in the Job Corps, he's around the forums constantly, probably more than I am, which is all I seem to do most days.
