Of course the republican elites and other wealthies could not be that goddam greedy. Why can't you get it through your head that paying so much less in taxes than they used to is not for their benefit - it's for everybody's. They do it to make you free. Don't you see that? Limbaugh and Beck have been knocking themselves out trying to educate you on this stuff.

Fox and News are antithetical terms. You have to look no farther than the latest Glenn Beck gold scandal to see that their game is making money, and the conservatives pay pretty good for slanted news. Then, look at the people they showcase, like Andrew Breitbart, the video editor who could make President Obama look like Tony Blair; and when you catch him he acts all indignant, like he has a right to perpetrate a lie on the nation.

    These people are pure evil.

Google Glen Beck's gold scam and see what leaders in the Republican party were also in on it. They were selling gold coins at twice their value and calling it an investment. He was using his show to predict a total economic collapse to bolster the commercials.

And you think Fox News is fair and balanced?

Sorry about the delay, but it took 1 hour and 50 minutes to download the video, and I can't do anything on line while I'm downloading.

Maybe your being in Canada has something to do with your understanding of American politics- - Im sure your a nice guy,& we,re the same age, a bit older than most in this forum, so I,ll give you the benifit of the doubt on your backing of people like Limbaugh,Hannity,Beck, and the rest of those rating shills that fill The Fox newsroom with more] dangerous garbage than is washing up on shores of the Gulf>

Besides your entitled to your opinion- Freedom of speech and such.....and I aint looking for am arguement here- just "rebuttal space"----

That all being said- I would rather be educated by a pack of wolves, than the likes of the men you mention.
Thier ethics , lack of compassion, and the overall self-centered arrogance is kick in the teeth for those of us that battled rampant prejudice, Nixons corrupt government & secret wars in Laos & Cambodia- -Never mind "the Undeclaired Police Action in Vietnam"

Many news agencies are biased, but to call Fox "even and balanced" when they sooo obviously have an agenda - is just silly.

    I read your thread.
I read about this last year.
All I am saying is that hardly anybody watches him.
I hear more about him from people like you rather than people like him.
Ignore him...and don't worry about what he says.

I think Glenn Beck is one spoke on the Foxnews bike.

Had to edit your statement for clarity purposes"

I think Glenn Beck is one [bent] spoke on the Foxnews bike [that was hit by a Mack truck.]

Randall Terry has a much smaller audience, yet he has inspired others to kill. You call it 1%, I call it what it is, 1.77 million + per day watching him. Despite the sub-idiot level of his audience, he is influential.

An ignorant populace is a compliant populace. Ignorance soon morphs into stupidity when watching the likes of Beck, hannity, ect,in my opinion.

Just clarifying that there was a strong sense of sarcasm in his post. I laughed at his statement. But it is true...they have been knocking themselves senseless (and conservative talk radio) trying to get that message across. It proves that if you let greed take a stronghold for a full generation, it's hard to reverse it. It will probably take twice as long. Those that were my age when all the deregulation happened under Reagan are now about 10-15 years from retirement. They've spent their entire careers being that rich and paying so little in taxes. You can't take that away from them. How dare you!! (again sarcasm).

And I don't wanna be the one to say it...but don't you think THIS corruption, the greed, the almighty buck-type belief (we then forced upon the rest of the world) is the REAL reason for the attacks on 9/11? And maybe to the Taliban, Bush #2 represented more of that?

I wonder if we would have been attacked then under Gore?

Doctor Tiller was the most recent Dr. I'm aware of. He was shot and killed in his church one Sunday morning. Terry changed his web site after the murder, haven't checked lately, but he used to post the names of doctors who perform abortions, addresses, phone numbers and information about their families on his web site with bullet holes on their faces.

Ok, I thought you meant some random guy had been inspired by Randall Terry....and killed some other random guy.
The person who shot him was already an anti-abortionist.
The person shot was already a well known late term abortionist.

It seems the shooter was calling Operation Rescue to find out where the Dr would or might be.
If you are saying they willingly gave out information knowing what he would do, that's quite a bold claim.

Not only that, but Terry, and others, incite these murders and bombings.

Here's another one who lives about 25 miles from me. This guy is a real fruit cake. He's anti-abortion, anti-gay and admits to screwing a mule when he was younger. Google him and you can find all sorts of weird and violent stuff. He has several web sites. "neal horsley"

You did kinda imply that the bullet marked Dr on Randall Terry's website inspired somebody to go shoot him.
I do not think that is very fair.
With hindsight it was probably deemed in poor taste, but I don't think they wanted the Dr dead, just not practising anymore.
I can, however, see where you are going with this,...
But neither one of us knows what was going through that mans mind and what inspired him.
It was more likely a disturbed mind unrelated to anything anybody said.
Randall Terry was just in the right place at the right time for some to attach blame to him.

I know your particular angle now but can't quite buy into it, so I think we should agree to disagree on this.

People like Randall Terry and Neal Horsley prey on the mentally disturbed to do their dirty work. They've been doing this for a long time. There is more than enough evidence to support my contentions. It does take a bit of time to go through the dozens of web sites this movement utilizes. I gave you just a tip of the iceburg.

Don't get me wrong, I can see even with the "evidence" you posted here there is an element of hate. But there seems to be more a sense of trying to get these Dr's to see the error of their ways through prayer and just, well, being in their faces 24/7. Did they take violence off the table? I do not know. But I do not sense that they wanted him dead.
They just do not change their tone to deal with unhinged people.
Some people interpret things in the wrong way, and you can never truly know what people think. Operation Rescue and its predecessors having been spewing out this stuff for decades and it just so happens a person was killed. Now we, or you, are trying to blame somebody other than the person who committed the act. For all we know the killer could have just known from the regular media who the Dr was and a particular controversial case he was involved in, and that is what pushed him over the edge.
We then have to blame the mainstream media for reporting this news.
