ya nvm you are wrong about the cigarette searching thing...cops can search you without a real reason if they are under suspicion of you i think.

 

Female cops r bitches, i find there WAAAY more anal than the male cops though all cops suck

 

In Ohio you need to be 18 to buy tobacco products, but you can smoke cigarettes at 16, cigars, etc.

 

your ignorant of the law if you are under 18 and dont consent to a search by law they cant search you unless youve been arrested or out after curfew. if you are searched with out yours or your parents consent and they do by some chance find something you can get your charges dropped if they dont then you can sue thier piggly wiggly asses this happend to my friend.

 

police just seem to always know what to say and exactly how to threaten you to get you to give your consent to search.

annd they do have the advantage, because they know all the laws and little loopholes, and know exactly what they can get away with.

while they are faced by little 15 and 16 year olds stammering... "i know my rights, officer, please don't search me"

then they give you an eye test or something, which is what this narcotics cop did on me and my firend.

and if you fail, that gives them probable cause.

or suspicion, they have so many terms.

they do have probable cause to search you for smoking cigarettes if you underage they know just as many if not a bunch more of loop holes then us lol if you tried to take that to court you would lose very badly
