You were the one coming in here stating the obvious "You know you are generalizing right?" perhaps you should take some critical reading courses, understand how to analyze a piece of writing and come up with some reasonable conclusion instead of immediately taking stands against it because you have an angsty bitch attitude. Sounds like quite the fit. So if you were not the one this thread was directed at, you just wanted attention. I give you attention and all of a sudden, I am an idiot and a baby. Funny funny people. I'll give you more if you'd like. I think taking on debt for a college degree that will most likely produce nothing for you but a treadmill exercise on a mouse-wheel is probably one of the least admirable things when coupled with the holier-than-thou attitude you, and *many college students I have encountered seem to so pleasantly grace upon us "idiots" that dropped out when our vision of what secondary education SHOULD be like was snuffed out with the drivel that *most of the students couldn't seem to grasp (*note MANY and MOST, for you fuckface martyrs out there). Fucking good, I don't want you plebs to think I am different than you. I definitely AM better than most, and it's definitely not my biggest problem. It WAS my biggest problem when I used to think that I wasn't. If that makes me a douche, so be it - that's like...your opinion, man.
Like I said, I'm not the one preaching about how horrible everyone around me is. Your goals don't require college, mine do. Let's see where we end up, shall we? Have a nice life, crazy.
I hate most college kids, but I am a college kid, so I'm not sure if I'm justified in that hatred. There are a few gems though But most of them are utterly retarded -- particularly anyone taking majors in social studied
I'm not preaching. I'm open for discussion. Just not dumbass comments that immediately point out how ignorant they are, vying for attention. My goals don't require college because I plan on not living my life at the mercy of loan debts. I am a creative individual that does not need my head pat for completing arithmetic. I might be crazy, but when did standing in line ever get you to the front? Get behind me, lame.
We're standing in different lines, sorry. I think the loans I've taken out will help me in the long run.
There is not much justification in hatred. Hate is a pretty fuckin ugly emotion. But I do think it is justified in certain aspects. I hate lazy, idiots. People that have the opportunity to be intellectual but CONSCIOUSLY decide to be so far up their own assholes that they can smell their own breath. Just because you are included in the term "college kid" as in - person going to school, does not include you into the term "college kid" as I have used it - which sunshine so gratuitously hammered into the ground for us. Yes I was generalizing, and, OH MY GOD! You just did, too!
Plenty of people. People that aren't ignorant of the world. People that perceive it as a positive knowledge wealth. Lots of em. I find there are equally as many, if not more, like you - or seemingly like you that can't find which way is left without their professor's guidance. And then, as if told by God himself, goes on to tell EEEEEEVVVERYONE around them which way is left. And when confronted with a problem on their own, spit pure bullshit. And when confronted with a problem that they have personally generated to be a problem for them, can't stand to be wrong. And of course, the aforementioned "College Kid" that doesn't necessarily include people like you, but that has actually been broadened to include people like you specifically.
Plenty of people are in the area of study I am without going to college but that's not the way it worked for me. There's nothing wrong with being taught what left is.
dude you should go back to KC and get out that college know it all town. its fucking with your head. oh yeah its sounds great to be in the CO now that weed is legal and all. But it just makes every 20ish asshole there more haughty ..
Somewhat true. But KC is steps backwards for me. I'm thinking of going to Denver, but that's only because it is the closest city to me right now. I've been told that I would dig on Olympia - but that's college town too... I've also been told Boise - wtf?! It's more than college kids in this town though. Boulder attracts soooooo much money, it is nauseatiing.
It was a reaction to your neg rep as you know. I don't have a question about this nonissue. You're not really that thought provoking by insisting on using 'fun language' or nagging on a certain crowd you know :sunny:
