I hope you don't get old and get put in a nursing home. haha I take care of my teeth too, but if I ever have to go to a nursing home I want them pulled out. I worked in several nursing homes and let me tell you the people who still had their teeth had nasty mouths because the CNA's wouldn't brush their teeth.

i'm starting to dislike going to the dentist...my dentist is my god father and usually he gives me money, which makes up for the pain and horribleness of dentists..the past times he hasn't and last time i was there he was raggin on my tongue ring..just cause he's my mother's friend...i ain't taking it out :& blah

i havent gone to the dentist since i was like 9. so yeah i dont have the best teeth in the world but i have an awesome smile people getting near my mouth just irks me. hence my intense discomfort and pain

and i think pretty much everyone has those dreams where they lose their hair and teeth. nightmares

 

There was a news story the other night about a dentist who brings in his pet dog to relieve his patients anxiety. the dog snuggles up on the patients chest while the doctor drills - apparently the dog is enough of a distraction during extraction that the fear is gone.


While it's a good method I hope the doctors insurance is paid up because if his pet bites one of his patients
