All bohemian occupations are intensively competitive. Just to be on the safe side maybe you get a trade , so you have something to fall back on if your dreams don't come true. While you are training you can still pursue your dreams.

In crony capitalism, all "occupations" are intensively competitive. Participation in that system is a recipe for failure. The bad karma of enabling a way of living that exploits humanity and the environment is just unavoidable. Participation = suffering.

If my dreams don't come true and I realize that for some reason, they never will, no way I'm going back to "work"... I'm going to try to set the carbon monoxide breathing record. ;)

A life of crushed dreams and slavery is no life at all and worse, by contiuning to live those terrible lives, people make things worse for everyone else.

capitalism exploits the poor, in the current system, for one person to be successful REQUIRES the failure of one or more others. Everyone just can't have it good, no matter how hard those people try it just ain't happening .. not unless quite a few people decide to stop being so greedy!
