One of my brothers met his wife on a dating site and my other brother met his current girlfriend on a dating site. So it obviously worked for them.

i had a friend in college who met his wife on a dating site. he's happy enough as far as i know, although by all accounts except his, she's an obese controlling bitch.

now that i think about it, my old boss met his wife on a dating site too. she was also obese, but so was he, and she served as a sugar momma for him. so i think technically, it worked better for him than for her.
