They'll get you. They always do. I used to work with a woman who didn't have a cell phone and the government wanted her for something. They still got her.

Wow, you're kinda aggro. I had no choice, what was I gonna do? They pumped me full of morphine, sewed me up and kicked me out in mid-winter. I think my post was pretty clear that it wasn't something I wanted to do or was proud of. I'm self-sufficient. I make my money, even if it's just enough to survive day to day, and that's where I'm at.

And you had no choice because you put yourself in the position of having no choice. If you had a real job, or even were like someone such as myself and have a government HMO though my county, you'd be okay. You'd have insurance and a place to go. Good luck with your life, though. I'm sure having money problems and owing big brother money is a real easy way to help you sleep at night.

Before I had insurance, I was having extremely bad pains in my stomach and chest, and I should have went to the emergency room. I didn't, because I knew that I couldn't afford it and that I didn't want to lay that shit on other people. Now, after having had insurance for 3 months, they still can't find out what's totally wrong and I've already been diagnosed with one of (probably multiple) diseases. But was it worth the wait? Yes! Contact your local county or state department of welfare and figure shit out, and stop being childish about it.

 

I'm actually getting CICP which is the indigent program here in CO.

 

And I was never under the impression that anyone was fighting with me.

You know, as a nurse, I wouldn't turn you down for treatment, but it insults me that you think I am worth so little that you openly mock my profession by using me for free. If you work with the hospital, they will lower your bill. I'm declaring bankruptcy for a past medical bill of 30k, but at least I'm not running from it and bragging. Until I file, I am chipping away at the payments as much as I can.
