Fuck the word hippie. and fuck the people that even stoop to classify them as so. Then JUDGING them in turn as one and all, broadening a stereotype to a extremely wide range of people that tend to be very different from each other in their own right.

(I live in the redwoods too )

 

I don't really believe you... besides, you are down in those southern redwoods and everyone knows that the northern redwoods are better

I know it's way the hell more south than I am... all redwoods are in the northern part of the state, but where you are at is significantly south of where I am.

 

It's an 8 hours drive, so I think that qualifies it as being quite a bit south

I live in the hardcore forest though for real. It's so awesome mountain biking through the sick ass trails.
When I was like 5, I would go to my local redwood state park with my mom, very good memories and I can still go there anytime I like! Henry cowell state park I'm sure you know what that is.
