Why can't you get it? Have you never heard of fucking talking to people? Try making friends, maybe, as that's often a prerequisite to having consensual sex that you don't have to pay for.

It's a mixed bag - you can easily be murdered for being found with your pants down in just about any corner of the globe, but that doesn't mean that having sex with a reasonable expectation of not being murdered is impossible.

Learn a little charm or something. After you've (I'm using "you" in a general way, I realize you said it's your friend) been dating someone for two years, you should be able to have secrets between the to of you, you should be able to do things that other people don't know about, you should have some degree of trust. If you are close enough to hold hands, that means you should be close enough to have a conversation that initiates more, you should have permission to generally touch that person and be at ease. You're working from a very limiting paradigm, but the door's open, walk out. You live in turkey, there's booze, there's nightclubs, there's no burkas and shit.

When you have a free and easy approach, it's pretty easy to get people who already want to do the same thing you do, to do it. You don't want to get murdered, and neither to turkish chicks, who's kissing and telling?

I see what you're saying about the culture - but I also see something that you don't, which is that you are perpetuating that culture as much as anyone else, if not more.



The culture could be stifling if you lived in the middle of nowhere, but judging from your facebook, you live in a city (with all the potential anonymity, as well as social opportunity, that comes with it), you look fine (though a bit guarded and postured - part of the problem here), you have a nice looking car (and all the freedom that comes with it). What you're missing is a little bit of happy-go-lucky.
