I haven't taken any kind of OTC med like that is who knows how long. Usually stick to herbal supplements/natural junk. Actually caved and bought some melatonin the other day. How are all of the fellow insomniacs (or people on different continents)?

I usually take drugs when I cannot sleep. It sucks and I hate when I cannot sleep. I take Xanax, over the counter sleep meds, bob marley drinks, dream water, Nyquil, Zzzzquil, sometimes I will just drink hard alcohol till I pass out. I will do almost anything just so I can get some sleep..counting sheep does not work for me for sure

Man, I wonder why I posted this on Sept 20, 2013. Why did I work back to back 15 hour days? why couldn't I sleep? why did you choose to post that here? Just curious.
Sleep is overrated, especially considering the planet has only maybe a few decades. My advice is work harder. I defy anyone to say they run a mile a day, and have trouble sleeping. These feet were made for walking.
Both solid questions btw: i read some bad stuff about using melatonin regularly. Just the other day! Apparently lots of people here have insomnia and are buying melatonin.
Indica weed is the miracle cure. Ideally ingest 2 hours or longer before bed time. Especially on a workday this will do it.
