Is she okay with that?
Does she get her period on time ?
Does she understand the benefits of birth control ?

Just tell her you'll go with her. I always feel better at the obgyn when my man's there. These ladies sure do have their panties in a bunch about it. If she's not suffering from hpv/(pre)cancer/disease all the doctor's gonna do is poke around and send her on her way. I'm not saying she shouldn't spread her knees for a doctor (it's a healthy part of being a woman in modern society), I just don't get the "Now!" mentality. I mean come on ladies, didn't you have a sex partner or 2 before you nestled into stirrups? I did just cuz seeing a Dr. meant telling my mom I was "sexually active"

As to the OP, your fear of making babies or getting caught is really yours to solve. Try a hotel from time to time for privacy. Babies are almost always a risk, but condoms are really quite reliable if you can usw them. I took the pill for 3 months 9 yrs ago and never since.
