There's this crazy schitzo in my town who used to hang out at the coffee shop where I worked....he would tell us about how Chuck Norris was going to come and fight him.....and how there was a Monkey-Man in the moon....

Yep, Chuck Norris was his favourite subject... And doing weird karate-type moves in the parking lot...sometimes he would go out in the street and "direct" traffic....
