That makes no sense, the family would eat all the food, therefore starving him to death. I would not have you as my weight counselor.
yes but they'll probly buy enough food to keep us stocked for a year cos they think ahead so they would have emergency food lying around incase they eat too much and can't be arsed to walk to the shop or are too big t fit in a car...

To the original poster, you are also making a lifestyle change so perhaps if you are in doubt if you are getting enough nutrients with the change you might also want to check in on the Vegetarian section of the forums. A lot of people can help you there with making sure your protein and iron levels are maintained. At your age you are still growing as well so make sure you eat enough of what you need to maintain the growth and it will take care of diet to also build muscle. Good luck with both the vegetarianism and the work out regimen.
