What so loudly we railed by the twilight's last feeding Handi-wipes and big cars and the game system ads which so enviously watched ..to the malls we go speeding and the neon signs red glare credit offered from thin air gave proof through the night that the shwag was still there oh say does that star spangled logo yet wave o'er the land of the fleeced and the home of the depraved....
Op... I would suggest you do it. He's British, and it's common knowlege that they beat women if dinner is late.
Glad ya liked it... t'was spur of the moment homespun lyrics... to be sung at a ballgame near you... Twins?
I think it's a far more appropriate national anthem considering what the U.S. has become. ...besides, it helped give a bit of humor and positive energy to the original discussion. So the topic is the ill-treatment of others? Judging by the forum chosen for this I'd guess this is a lash out at people of faith. There are better things to lash out at in my estimation... if people are going to toss words like "whore" around and otherwise be openly insulting to others then they ultimately say something very unflattering about themselves. I'm guessing that the OP has encountered some negativity- presumably from someone (or multiple someones) of faith. I think it's significant cultural decline that makes such rudeness more prevalent... the same decline that inspired my silly little parody of Francis Scott Key's immortal lyrics.
