i like how this kid says the evidence was "illegally obtained"

 

stoners always say it was "illegally obtained" or "illegally searched" or the best which is said about 12x in every thread in the busted section is "oh they didn't read you your rights, you'll get off scott free"

You know except for the fact police legally don't have to read you your rights unless they're going to question you and there isn't much questioning they need to do when they find drugs on you

Well, the cop said his "eyes were really bloodshot"
he's also been caught once before but idk if that had anything to do with it.

Is that enough for probible cause?

 

priors + physical evidence of possible inebriation = probable cause.. though im sure there is a lot more to the story than that

 

yup, don't beat spoiled rich girls, i should've just actually picked up the gun and shot them if i was goign to get a gun charge, that was a hell of a pellet gun, that would cause serious damage.

Not really, we got pulled over. They asked for a liscence, they went back to their car. They came back to us and told him his eyes were really bloodshot. And he said he was having a reaction to some perscribed drug (I forget what he said it was)

then the guy had us get out of the car, and serched it, and found an oz. The car didn't smell or anything, cause we didn't smoke in it.

Idk, whatever. I'm still kinda pissed cause that whole situation seemed like bullshit to me, but maybe I'm kidding myself. Now we lost the whole oz, and I'm grounded for eternity.

So... sorry for failing.

 

he's lucky he didn't get charged with a DUID.. since minnesota will/does enforce DUID laws

 

a kid with priors and eyes gleaming red is more then enough probable cause, especially in you're in a car. If you're just walking down the street and a cop was like "hey, red eyes, come back here!" it's a different story

 

Ok... I didn't get arrested... So it could have been a lot worse

 

That it could've been. If the weed is in the open and no one claims it, everyone will get arrested, or just the driver, but for a bunch of teenagers they'll fuck everyone.
