Yes, and also how to recycle/reclaim the by-product of the aluminum processing. People are trying to find ways of neutralizing the base and extracting the aluminum and other metals that are in the toxic sludge by-product in a way that is practical and cost-effective.

My jaw dropped when I saw the pictures from this. My heart goes out to everyone affected and the ecological damage as well. I read that the more could be on the way since other parts of the reservoir are compromised. Very sad state of affairs. Anyone on the forums affected by this, know that my thoughts are with you.
