I've seriously looked all around the store, everytime I go...for chick peas OR premade/mix humus and I can't find ANYTHING. I'm thinking I might talk to the store about getting some in.... I'm sick of paying an arm and a leg for humus at restaurants whenever I get a craving :p

Whenever I make it, it tastes good, but it's watery, every other humus I eat is dry.
    What gives?
    Chickpeas
    Lemon Juice
    Green Pepper
    Garlic Clove
    That's all I put in.

Found mix hummus today... Made it... it was fairly good, though nothing like the hummus I've had in restaurants, but definitely worth something to my taste buds :)

The pita bread I ate with it was CRAP.

Are you using canned chick peas, and if so are you draining them first?
