How would you legalize Cannabis

That's fucking silly....

Lots of people think all drugs are the same. You probably think LSD is a "hard drug". yes, opiates and amphetamines can be dangerous, but that doesn't mean ANYONE but my mom and dad have the right to take my drugs.

 

We have got to get rid of the stigma that cannabis is a gate way drug to other harder drugs so were class A drugs are found all drugs get seized including cannabis unless there's medical grounds to own it.
Growing under lights I would limited to total watts not on numbers of plants non lights and out doors would be limited by numbers.

As cannabis users for it to be legal we are not gonna be able to have i'l cake and eat it, there will be rules and some will seem silly or unfair but that life.

1. No sales under 19 years of age.
2. Second offense driving violation, to only be used if one is driving recklessly.
3. Plant control laws to prevent it from becoming an invasive species. (meaning essentially all plants in the wild be eradicated so that native species have a chance)
4. Proper education on Marijuana in all schools, REALISTIC and TRUE. No more propaganda bullshit, teach them how to responsibly use it for fuck's sake.

 

Age eighteen to posses, purchase, and use, if you are old enough to shoot someone at war, your old enough to smoke. Parent's permission, and recommendation from a legitimate MD for your child to use it. Hmm.. Probably make it illegal to sell with the chemicals that the tobacco companies use?

 

If it became legal just watch and see what happens. Don't start legalization with a bunch of rules. You don't even know how society is going to react. Everyone would change if it became legal, not just the stoners. Making a bunch of rules which become laws without giving the people a new chance is dumb. You have to wait and see, don't try and predict anything.
