I absolutely hate this thread. I am so anal about proper spelling and good grammar.

Yeah, it's been a while.

 

I was an English major in college, and am also a grammar and spelling Nazi, but still find this fun. English is a funny language, for example the word 'read'; "I like to read", and ,"I read the same book". Both words are spelled the same, yet pronounced differently. Of course, you might also comment that "the book I read was red"...perhaps the book was made of papyrus, which is a type of reed. Quite confusing to someone learning English, I'll bet.
