I shower every day, sometimes twice for a day I love to take a shower. With my lovely lone is the best
I take a shower mostly everyday. Sometimes twice a day because I usually go to the gym (for weight lifting...). But nothing happens if one day there is no shower.
I don't shower I take a bath. But I'm old fashioned in my ways. But I take one as often as my skin and nose tell me I need to. Even in the woods. I at least wash up with a bandanna and a canteen of water. That may be several times a day if I am hot and sweaty and if it is in the winter and If I have no heat I may go a day or two without one if my skin feels clean and I smell OK. But never longer than that. BO is from bacteria feeding on the emissions of your sweat glands. Your skin is your biggest organ of elimination. But it is more sluggish in cooler weather. So you do not need to bathe as often to wash off the residue of that elimination. Not bathing often though is like pissing on yourself and not washing up. You have dead skin cells and sweat and the gunk that your body has eliminated through your pores building up daily. So I try to bathe every day. Like I said ones system is more sluggish and there is not so much buildup in cool weather so that is why you stink less. Plus the bacteria that feed on those emissions are more active in warm weather. So you develop BO much quicker. A diet high in chlorophylls reduces the BO factor. But you still need to cleanse your skin of wastes. Heavy meat eaters stink the worst. But I would rather smell a person who bathes infrequently or not at all than to smell a person who takes a bath in perfume. Peace, Cricket
used to every day religiously for many years. but for about four years it`s been i wash my hair and elsewhere regularly, bath once a week. i have chronic lethargy, if not then i`d probably bath every two days. i like my partner to not wash too regularly, but for the sake of sex-hygiene.. don`t want to be able to smell others, but i`m not going to bitch about it.
once or twice a week unless I feel the need or I'm bored as hell. I don't stink and I'm fine with smelling natural. If you wanna smell like a product go for it (hell some smell nice, so don't think I hate em all) but most of the time I just like the way I live so w/e.
Surely it depends on what kind of job you have. Say if you are a hair dresser or a beautician or a nurse/doctor and you are working close up with people, yes you need to be clean but if you are on a building site and are just going to get covered in dust and dirt again the next day, it's kind of pointless getting really clean only to get really dirty again straight away. I actually like the smell of my husband MORE when he smells like him and not of shower gel etc.
Most have an overpowering perfume, especially body sprays (mens in particular). Don't even get me started on so called 'fine' fragrance.
Yea I was gonna note about mens perfumes. They are so strong and spicy, what are they manufacturing? They want all men to smell like a spicy punch-in-the-face. I can't stand all that axe, tag, whatever shit that's geared for frats and fake people. Men smell so different naturally it amazes me. Women perfume usually isn't that much of a problem, except once they hit 30 or so. Then it always ends up being that "bottom of purse" smell accompanied by a 300 pound ass. I like the way women smell usually, its just men that layer on this shitty cologne that gets me, oh and old people. (all of the people I mentioned I don't hate, don't jump on me)
It's not pointless to clean. By having shower after work you will be eating your food with clean hands, you will sleeping in your bed clean and you will go to work the next day not smelling of B.O, piss, and whatever. How often do you go to the toilet? I don't think toilet roll is going to clean you as good as a shower does lol.
During the school year I bathe every day. If I go swimming that day I won't take a shower. I don't take one on Saturday. Sometimes I go for a week without washing my hair. During the summer usually take one or two showers a week.
Every night. Sometimes I skip friday night showers and then just shower saturday morning. But yeah, I hardly get that dirty anyways, I just like showers
I was'nt saying that you don't need to wash your hand, obviously that's important, especially if handling food. Besides, most people use cutlery, not their hands to eat. Most people I know just wash the neccesary parts twice daily and bathe once or twice a week. The only way you'll smell of B.O and piss (or if you regularly piss in your pants) if you don't wash AT ALL. Showering every day is a terrible waste of water (and energy if it's a power shower) and is largely not neccessary unless you come home covered in coal dust or cement OR if you don't go to work at all.
