wrong. i'll go to pub med later and get the abstracts if you want. but that information you have is out of date for metabolism. you are talking about hormonal processes the body goes through. what were talking about through the metabolism point is energy expenditure. getting all your calories from infrequent feedings or from frequent feedings has no real impact on this energy expenditure, given an identical calorie intake. meaning, i could get all 800-900 calories in 2 meals or 5 meals and my body will still expend the same amount of energy
127 lbs. after having three kids and I feel like fat. I don't know, maybe I've got muscle going on, because I only wear a size 4. Who knows. But I still feel chunky regardless. Nothing new there though.
i dunno. i figure, if someone's thinness comes from a diet of drugs and alcohol, an eating disorder or just plain luck, it's not my business. i don't care. i just don't want weight loss advice from them and i don't wanna take any flack for it, either.
