How much can you really know about yourself if you've never been in a fight?

but if you're implying i mouthed off to them and got what i deserved, you're wrong. the fucker punched me in the mouth, straight outta nowhere. i think he wanted to seem tough so he picked me (the tall skinny guy). well i didn't appreciate being punched for no reason, so i threw my beer bottle at his face

leaving the bar is when i got jumped, and i do suppose i could have walked a bit more swiftly.

 

Ya true, but I wasn't simply saying fighting is not the answer. You can't tell an intruder in your home to please step outside, some sort of force is necessary. I'm just saying it's silly to be beating people up over petty arguments, physical appearance, and over different opinions pretty much. I could of said it a lot more simply the first time

I have nothing against self-protection when nothing else is available. I'm glad you're okay after something ugly like that, beer bottles being smashed over faces and bar fights don't usually end well.

im nasty when i fight, real nasty i don't like fighting. i don't like feeling out of control. i haven't had many huge fights in my life. im more reclusive than confrontational. if you piss me off im more likely to walk away from you.... or say something really harsh and cold, but always calmly

my friends try not to get on my bad side cos they've seen how that turned out with other friends i wouldn't want to fight with me either.
