I do aerobics 7 times a week, at least 45 minutes per session. If you have lung or heart problems ask your doctor about virtual exercise sessions. I recently graduated from a 36 session series with an exercise physiologist twice weekly, and self-guided sessions the other days. I do feel a great improvement in my strength and ability to breathe. If you have Medicare, and your doctor prescribes it, you don't have to pay! And they send you an iPad, heart monitor, ring to wear that measures your blood oxygen, and extra batteries! It's been amazing!
