Maybe he's already a man, but he has to walk down a certain amount of roads before the SKEPTIC BASTARDS acknowedge it.

 

yeah, the question doesnt say he isnt a man, it just asks when he will labled one.
I say when he can walk down a single road confident in his ability to get to other end.

 

It all depends upon how many more times the cannon balls must fly, before they are forever banned... And at the rate their goin, I'd say mabye.... the year 3067.

 

It's not on how many roads of taken... it's how you managed to reach every end of those road..

He might not make it to being a man, the road is long and arduous.

The first road is to the docks, to the White Dove, he must sail on it and get off it before it's attacked by cannonballs and sinks to its sandy bed. Then its off over the mountains before rain errosion washes them all away, hes got plenty time to walk this particular road. He must also dodge the people of the mountains that arent free, hoping they cant see him... or hear him cry.

 

the road is short and quick, if someone is in your way and you have to stop, that ain't the road to being a man.
