How many people haven't been caught?

i wish i could say i've never been caught. it took me 22 years but they finally got me. Now i have been passed over for employment, (because of my background check), lost my drivers licence, forced to pay for exorbant fines and "drug counceling". Which means that not only has "The Man" made a criminal out of another, otherwise, honest person, But that they are trying to make a liar out of me as well, by forcing me into a state run "rehabilitation program" where the only way out is to "admit" to being an addict, which I am not. All the while feeding the relentless "drug war" money machine.
It just pisses me off so much! If i were sucking down Prozac or Wellbutrin (like the rest of the "respectable" Mormons here in Happy Valley, Utah) I could be a well respected pillar of society. Instead I am a lepper. A pariah. A member of the unwashed "drug culture". All because of my belief that cannabis is a blessing from our creator to be used for our spiritual edification.
Prohabition just doesn't work. Didn't work for alcohol, doesn't work for cannabis.

 

I wont say ive been busted. 'found out", i guess. but only by my parents, and they didnt care.

I havent had any problem with authorities yet. (not counting the fact that the residence staff confinscated my vaporizer)

I've gotten caught twice, once at school(dumb)I got charged with possession but it got dropped. The second time I got caught I had like a half a gram in the bag, and the cop goes and tells the other cops I was trying to sell it. So I got charged with intent to distrubute and possession, but they got dropped too.

Never admit to being addicted thats what they want so they can fuel there lies.
Prohabition dont work ya rite there but legalizing WONT really work too coz they cant enforce what drugs are legal like drink and tobacco.
Been busted twice in 24 yrs so not a bad record once for procession and once for growing.

 

i've been caught twice by my mom but never by the cops. i'm always carefull when i'm high and plan stuff out but my twin brother always acts really wierd when we get home and then she thinks i'm high too (which i usually am lol) and i get busted. ahhhhhhhhhhhh. if only he would listen to me. but i have friends that have been busted but none of them ever got let off with a warning like some of the posts i've read

Ive been smoking for about 2 1/2 years coming up on my 3rd 4/20

And i have never been cought by my parents or the law, gotta love havin places to sleep out at...or a parent that worked on the road for a few months...ahhh those were the days.

 

I have never been been caught by the cops but have had a few close encounters. My friend and I were cruising and had hit a bowl not that long ago when all of a sudden we see flares set up along the road and a "safety checkpoint" sign. The cops were checking to see if everyone had there seat belts on and if there was anything suspicious (Drunk drivers, etc). One cop was just shining his flashlight around the car while the other one just talked to us and handed us some pamphlet. Luckily, we both had our seatbelts on (I wasn't even sure if I did due to being very baked lol) and they didn't notice anything "suspicious" so they let us go on our way. We had over an eighth on us and were pretty blazed as the cop was talking to us lol. I was riding shotgun and just had my hands on my lap the whole time and continued looking straight.

Other than that I haven't had any real close encounters. Though, my parents found my pipe before. My dad doesn't really care but my mom thinks it's evil haha. She thinks I stopped though

 

Hey guys im new to the site, but i must say i have been fucked by the cops numerous times but thank god with out ne narcotics on hand beside weed. Fuck the po. well actually not all po are bad so po are cool as hell and just dont care. But i havent had much luck with cool cops since there as rare as oxy around here. I wish my doc would give me the oxy that i need. He has me on vic 7.5s but they suck. I have 3 bulging disc and a kidney infection. So he really needs to bump me up to at least percs what do u guys think?

I've been smoking most of my adult life (15+). Took some breaks here and there, on one occasion for 5 years.

The first contact I had with cops over weed (minus warnings here and there, or being at someone else's place when the cops showed up), was in 2003. It was during the short period of time when there were no laws regarding the personal possession of weed. Just over a year previously, the courts gave the government one year to fix the possession laws or they would be thrown out. The government didn't and they were.

However, the police kept enforcing the old laws. Every case that went to court was thrown out, but the cops kept trying. One day, they pulled up on a couple of buddies of mine at a provincial park, and 'confiscated' 1/8oz from them, and told them they would let them know later if they would file any charges.

I freaked... lol Told them they had let a couple of cops roll them for their stash, and immediately afterwards, those cops likely went and enjoyed it while laughing their asses off. I also decided to do some checking. I called the local office of the provincial police, asked them for their official policy on the possession of weed. Instead of just giving me a simple answer, they gave me the run around for hours bouncing between officers and represenatives in different offices.

Finally, I called the local office back and said, lets make this simple. What would you do if someone called you and said there was someone in downtown in the park smoking a joint. They responded that they would go arrest the person. I said, great, it's a date.

I then called the local newspaper, explained what was going on and asked them if someone would like to be present for it to which they were more then happy to agree to.

I showered, changed, rolled about a dozen fat joints and went into town. I stopped at the park and made sure there were no kids around (it was supper time), and went to the coffeeshop across the road and called the local cops again. I told them that in 5 minutes I would be sitting in the park smoking a couple of joints and had a bunch rolled in my pocket. They said they would be right there. I walked across the road to the closest picnic table just as the a reporter and photographer from the paper showed up.

I lit a joint and started talking with the reporter while the photographer took pics. The cops rolled up and slowed right down, saw the reporters, called in to dispatch and LEFT.

The reporter called them afterwards, and they said they had been called away to a more serious call and as this was just a publicity stunt, they didn't deem it important enough to dispatch another car. They did add that if I continued to come to their attention though, they would definitely take action. The reporter then called me back and asked me to respond... My response was that every time I heard about the cops around this area, enforcing laws that didn't exist, they would hear from me, because for them to do so, took them from serving the public to being goons with guns. The police in this area didn't bother a single person regarding the possession of weed again. At least until a couple of months later when new possession laws were passed.

The only other contact I had with the cops over weed was the day they knocked on my door to ask me about a tenant in my building, and a cloud of smoke went out and circled their heads. They asked me if I had been smoking weed and I laughed and said something like, it would be silly to deny that right now wouldn't it, and they asked if they could search. I said sure, but everything I have sits in my dish on the desk there and as you can see, all that's left is a roach. Of course they didn't believe me and we ended up with 4 cruisers, 6 cops and a dog there. Nicole got home from work while this was going on and the one cop told her what was going on and to just wait outside. He also added that I had said I had nothing left, but he 'knew' my type and we always have at least a pound around. 4 hours later they left, with my bong and a roach.

Then, I went and bought some more weed... lol

Theres a good number of easy going cops around here, but theres just as many that would beat the shit out of you if they had the chance.. ya just gotta show them some respect, people whos first words to a cop are "fuck you" are just asking to go to jail

 

i was caught by my mom twice and the first time the cops didnt write me a ticket but the second time they did but that was quite a few years ago but in terms of me just walking down the street and getting caught, it has never happened. one time i was walking past my school at like eleven at night and a cop stopped me and started asking me if i was spray painting the school i had seven ounces on me and pants that had pot leaves on them and he looked at them and i said goodnight and just walked away

 

I've benn caught by my parents and step dad. And this one time I was smoking in a park next to a rode and this cop rolled up. Idk if he saw me and my friend but we ran and ditched all our stuff. My friend lost his bubbler because of it but we got the rest of our stuff

 

Me and my stoner buddy made a bong out of a gatorade bottle and a pen, and were smoking behind my shed. We left the bong there for 2 days cause we thought nobody would ever find it. The next day my dad showed it to me and i confessed, my dad has been drug testing me ever since, and it really sucks ass.

 

So looks like currently only 1 out of 4 of us is actually getting caught. The war on drugs has scored a 25%.

In other words a strong F on the report card. I love it lol

I have a card, but before I did I was smart enough to know my rights, and that saved me from the law.

 

I operate largely out of the law's reach, literally and otherwise. My house is in the middle of a nowhere sub-rural hell. I'm not sure the cops know how to even find my house. Which is good until you have to call an ambulance(experience talking).

I also use a lot of legal drugs such a Diphenhydramine, DXM, Nutmeg, medicine for which I own a prescription. So even, were they there, they'd be hard-pressed to find my stash.

I have been caught by my parents once, but afterwards they simply said it was better than smoking tobacco and asked me to procure a twenty of bud for them.

I have been pulled over and a traffic cop leaned in my car and said: "I've never smelled marijuana more strongly in my life." He searched my car and found a pipe, which I explained was filled with tobacco(and it was). He then saw a Stewart's Root Beer bottle and accused me of drinking. Finally he called a K9 unit and had the dog run through my car. Finding nothing he gave me a citation for having expired plates.

So no, they're not that smart, not smarter than I am.
