i have a lot of clothes - one big built in wardrobe full, plus a tall chest of drawers, then there's altering piles and a couple of boxes of out of season stuff in the garage - that's after 3 big culls in the last 2 years... i'm just very eclectic in my style - everything from doc martens and jeans and a hoodie to silk dresses and skirts with heels and boots and real 'hippy' looking stuff too - and, i like hanging onto stuff for when i find something new to match it with. having said i have that much, i don't buy much brand new at all - in the past year i have bought one hoodie, one pair of leggings with frills at the bottom and one pair of shorts that are frilly too brand new, and that's all - most of it comes from op shops (thrift stores) and swaps with friends.. i alter things lots and like making clothes from scratch too so that's kind of why
i have tons of clothes, in piles on the floor.... lots of times i am surprised by something i don't remember... favorite piece of clothing... ?? mine is a back to the future t-shirt...
My zig-zag skirt, made from asymetrical pieces of clothing sewed together. It's the perfect skirt, short, black, form-fitting and flattering.
I have barely any clothes. I use about a dozen coat hangers and a few drawers in a dresser. I hate clothes shopping, so I'm wearing the same stuff I bought 3-5 years ago
i dont know but i usually wear the same pairs of pants alot cause my legs are weird and when i go shoppin for clothes i just get depressed lawlzzz
I love shopping, but not in excess. I love going to thrift stores and garage sales, it feels like a treasure hunt. I kept the habit I had when travelling a lot to own as least clothing as possible though. I manage to have items that match altogether to be able to create all kinds of looks with just a few pieces. The secret: colors that match and versatile clothes. I allow myself to a maximum of 5 short-sleeve and 3 long-sleeve tops, 5 camisoles/tube tops, 5 dresses, 3 skirts, 2 sweaters, 1 vest, 1 sports jacket and 1 coat for each season. Leggings, accessories and lingerie are under no restriction though.
I have more clothes than I need... I go thrifting with my mom a lot, and we end up buying a helluva lot more than we intended. My closet is full of blouses, scarves and summer dresses, and a few pairs of jeans. Oh, and my mom and I swap sweaters between us, so there are a lot of those as well...
Enough jeans and Teeshirts for a week and a couple good pairs jeans and teeshirts to go out in. Im livin in a camper so it all fits in a rubbermaid tub and I slide it under the bed.
Lots of t-shirts, my wife is constantly throwing old ones in the donation bin thinking I won't notice. I do...Few pairs of jeans, few pairs of shorts, few pairs of Chords.
I own too many pieces of clothing. Shoes are a real weakness for me. I probably have at least 5000 different pieces of clothing and I know I have more shoes than any person could wear out in a lifetime. Periodically I weed out the clothes and shoe and bags and bling and donate them but my weakness is still there and I know I will be able to do it again in record time.
currently i have 6 set of formal dresses, 3 t shirts and 3 pants, 1 3 piece suit and casual shorts...dunk know exactly how many but i have
I haven't bought new clothes in a couple y ears and I still have enough clothes to where I can go 3 weeks without doing laundry and I still have stuff to wear. the problem is most of it is stained or has holes in it. So I don't have to wear the same outfits all the time but I end up looking like a big ol' bum anyways.
I keep my clothes ridicilously long... So I have a lot of t shirts even though I haven't bought new ones for cerrtainly a year neither. I also don't understand the criticism I get on my jeans sometimes, after all I see other people buy new ones with holes in the same places... :2thumbsup::dizzy2:
Half a drawer of underwear, One drawer of tops, half a wardrobe of pants and a TONNE of dresses and coats. I have my weaknesses
I have a bunch, but it all looks the same. Saves me from having to deal with the laundromat loonies on a regular basis......
i have more clothes that i could have a different outfit everyday for a month. x___x but most of them just sit in basket because i don't wear them anymore.
